AI Process Engineer track
For implementation teams, technical partners and customer builders. Learn how to build processes in Noxus using Processes, Cases, Agents, Flows, integrations, knowledge and human intervention.
Before you start
Every certification in this track assumes the shared Foundations: what AI is, what the Platform is made of, and your first hour inside it. You receive the Associate certificate after completing Building a Process I and all three Foundations courses, including their checks. The courses here do not repeat them.

The track has three certifications, taken in order:
-
Associate is where you build: one real process from end to end, with Flows, Knowledge Bases, Tables and Agents.
-
Professional covers running a process in production: handling failures, increasing capacity, and evaluating changes before release.
-
Expert is where you extend the Platform itself: its inner settings and controls, driving it from code with the API and the SDK, and writing your own plugins.
Each level builds on the one before. Professional starts from a process that works and skips how to build one. Expert assumes you run one in production.
Today only Associate is open for registration. The other two are listed so you can see where the track leads.
Associate
