Noxus runs business processes with people, AI and the systems a company already has, all working on the same piece of work. In this course you learn what the Noxus Platform is made of and how the parts fit. You configure nothing and need no access to the Platform. Platform First Steps is where you open it.
Who this course is for
Everyone who will work with Noxus: sellers, strategists, engineers and operators. It assumes AI Foundations and nothing else. Lessons 3 and 4 address the builder, who makes the model and governance decisions; the other roles read them for the vocabulary.
What you will learn
- Explain how a reusable Process definition becomes individual cases, and how tasks move each case forward.
- Tell a task, a case and a Flow run apart, and say what each one answers.
- Choose between a person, an Agent and a Flow for a given activity.
- Say what belongs in a Knowledge Base and what belongs in a Table.
- Say how a model becomes available in a Noxus installation, and what a preset is for.
- Say who can see and do what, where the evidence for an outcome is kept, and where the platform can run.
